                <h2 class="text-2xl text-ink">Your account</h2>
                <p class="mt-3">You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Accounts are for a single named person; team seats are available on plans that include them.</p>

                <h2 class="text-2xl text-ink">Credits and billing</h2>
                <p class="mt-3">Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits are consumed when an action completes; where an action fails through our fault, the credits are returned.</p>
                <p class="mt-3">Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.</p>

                <h2 class="text-2xl text-ink">Acceptable use</h2>
                <p class="mt-3">You may not resell or redistribute the raw contact data, scrape the service, share your account, or use Boss Of AI to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages. You must comply with the marketing and data protection laws that apply where you and your recipients are located.</p>
                <p class="mt-3">We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that put our data providers' agreements at risk.</p>

                <h2 class="text-2xl text-ink">Data accuracy</h2>
                <p class="mt-3">Contact data comes from third-party providers and changes constantly. We verify business emails where we can, but we do not warrant that any record is complete, current or correct. Judgement about who to contact remains yours.</p>

                <h2 class="text-2xl text-ink">AI output</h2>
                <p class="mt-3">Research briefings, lead scores and generated outreach are produced by automated systems and can contain errors. Review anything before you send it or rely on it commercially.</p>

            <section>
                <h2 class="text-2xl text-ink">Availability and liability</h2>
                <p class="mt-3">We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.</p>

                <h2 class="text-2xl text-ink">Changes</h2>
                <p class="mt-3">We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least thirty days before they take effect.</p>
